Country Manager, West and North Africa, and Greece Frontier Exploration

Beatrice Bienvenu is Chevron’s Country Manager for West and North Africa and Greece Frontier Exploration. Based in Houston, she is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall performance of Chevron’s exploration activities in those countries.
Prior to her current role, she was the Manager for Chevron’s Pipeline & Power Control Center in Houston, responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable operations of the company's U.S. federally regulated pipelines, which transports 2 million barrels a day of crude, natural gas, refined products and chemicals and 600 megawatts of gas-fired Cogen power plants.
Beatrice joined Chevron in 2009. Since then, she has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. She has worked in Chevron’s technical center as a seismic specialist, in the U.S. Gulf of America drilling exploration wells and appraising discovered resources to assess commerciality. She also worked in the U.S. Permian Basin optimizing the drilling of horizontal development wells.
She was also advisor for the company’s International Exploration group, supporting exploration strategy, portfolio optimization, business planning, activity execution tracking, and financial reporting. She served as Chief of Staff for the Government Affairs office in Washington, DC for almost 3 years.
