Benjamin Pappas, is Azule Energy’s Business Development Director since 2025. With over 25 years of international experience in oil and gas exploration, gas value chains, and joint venture management, Benjamin brings a wealth of strategic and commercial expertise to the role. He has held senior leadership positions across bp's global operations, including in Angola, Oman, and the Americas, where he led multi-billion-dollar ventures and complex negotiations with host governments and partners. Most notably, he played a key role in the formation of the Azule joint venture between bp and Eni.
