Bienvenido Nguema Envó is an accomplished Equatoguinean energy executive with over a fifteen (15) years of experience in Supply Chain Management, covering logistics, procurement, and extensive vendor and contract management, as well as institutional relations within the oil and gas industry.

Appointed Director General of GEPETROL in October 2024, he leads the company’s efforts to strengthen its operational and technical capabilities in consolidating its position in the upstream sector as a trusted and reliable operator, while expanding its participation across the energy value chain. His leadership is focused on developing national expertise, attracting investment and building strategic partnerships to advance Equatorial Guinea’s energy ambitions.

His professional career includes senior roles at international energy companies such as Hess Corporation, Kosmos and Trident Energy, where he gained extensive experience managing complex operations, multidisciplinary teams and major industry projects.

Bienvenido holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings an international perspective and strong ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments.
