Deji Adegoke is a Partner in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group at White & Case LLP, where he also heads the firm’s Africa practice. Based in London, he advises commercial banks, institutional investors, private equity funds, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors and borrowers on complex transactions across Africa and other emerging markets.

His practice spans infrastructure, oil and gas, power, and metals and mining, with particular expertise in project finance, reserve-based lending, corporate finance and acquisitions. He has advised on major energy and infrastructure transactions across the continent, supporting investment and project development in some of Africa’s most strategically important sectors.

Deji is a regular speaker at leading energy and infrastructure forums, sharing insights on energy investment, project finance, infrastructure development and Africa’s energy transition. He has also delivered keynote remarks at international conferences focused on Africa’s energy transition and infrastructure investment.
