Denessa Loregnard is the founder of The Loregnard Group, an advisory practice focused on execution infrastructure and accountability architecture for AI data centre operators, energy developers, and the governments that host them. Her work addresses the distance between what infrastructure projects commit to publicly, on water, energy, community impact, and workforce, and what operationally exists to honor those commitments when scrutiny arrives. The methodology behind the practice was developed inside complex, multi-stakeholder environments including Amazon Web Services, the City University of New York, and the New York City Department of Education. She presented at the Pan African DataCentres Conference 2026 in Johannesburg, where her sessions on water and accountability were covered by CAJ News Africa. Based between New York and the Caribbean region, she is currently working with operators and institutions across the Caribbean as large-scale data centre and AI development reaches the region for the first time, building the community engagement records, regulatory readiness assessments, and internal accountability frameworks that let operators and governments meet that growth prepared.
