Erika Achum is the Founder and CEO of Falcon Aerospace Limited, the company behind VivaJets, FlyPJX, and CharterXE, platforms providing private aviation and logistics services across Africa. He also leads The Adrenalina, a startup incubator, and Instig Labs, a tech firm focused on digital infrastructure. 

He holds a degree in Aviation Safety Management from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK). His certifications include an FAA Advanced Ground Instructor license, a Private Pilot License, a Flight Dispatcher License from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, and a Remote Pilot License (Multi-Rotor) from the South African Civil Aviation Authority. 

With hands-on experience in flight operations, dispatch, crew scheduling, and airport management, Achum combines technical expertise with business leadership to address Africa's air mobility and logistics challenges. His ventures focused on improving access, reliability, and efficiency in aviation for critical sectors across the continent.
