Mr. Covas is Director for S&P Global’s Natural Gas Liquids practice. Based in Barcelona (Spain), he leads NGL research for Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the CIS. He oversees ongoing NGLs market research on these regions and regularly publishes insights on market fundamentals and key strategic issues for our clients. Mr. Covas is actively engaged with the African LPG industry, providing the insight and forecasts required to support sustainable demand growth and market development on the continent. He has nearly 20 years of global strategy consulting experience, leading projects that connect senior management, business unit leaders, and field personnel across the energy value chain.
