Frank Cassulo

Managing Director, Southern Africa Strategic Business Unit Chevron
Frank Cassulo is the Managing Director of Chevron’s Southern Africa Region, a role he assumed in July 2025. In this role, Frank oversees Chevron’s oil and gas production assets in Angola, including the Angola LNG plant, which deliver affordable, reliable, ever-cleaner energy that enables the region’s progress.
Prior to his current role, Frank was the Vice President of International Exploration & Production based in Singapore. Frank was responsible for Chevron’s exploration and production business in Namibia, Egypt, Cyprus, China, United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Frank joined Chevron in 2000 and has held numerous operations and leadership positions in both midstream and upstream of increasing responsibility in Kazakhstan, Thailand, Canada, Singapore and multiple locations in the United States. Since joining, Frank has been President of Chevron Canada, President of Chevron Pipeline Company; Chevron’s Chief Digital Officer, Deputy Managing Director of the Eurasia business in Kazakhstan.
Frank received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University in 1994 and a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University in 2000.
