Heraclito Alfredo began his career journey at Angola’s national oil and gas school before completing marine engineering studies in the UK and production and maintenance engineering training at IFP in France. He also gained international experience as a junior project engineer in the United States, alongside other technical qualifications and assignments.

He is now Operations Manager at SBM Offshore, bringing 14 years of industry experience across multiple roles within the company. His career has progressed from junior project engineer to planning coordinator, reliability coordinator, maintenance coordinator and operations engineer, giving him broad operational and technical expertise.
