Ike is an experienced scientist with specialties in chemical enhanced oil recovery technologies, formation damage and scale control. Ike uses his skills to bridge the gap between Chemistry and Subsurface Geology; helping operators anticipate potential problems, suggest solutions and monitor the effectiveness of chemical treatments. He has contributed significantly to the development of coreflood protocols for solving challenging oilfield problems. Currently a cEOR Staff Scientist at SLB, Ike is actively utilizing chemistry to solving real field problems and improve recovery in mature wells. He has been involved both as a lead author and co-author in multiple internationally published papers and journals and has presented on EOR technologies at multiple international conferences.
