Jemi Peter Oyan, MBA, PMP, CBAP, A-CSM, is a senior energy-sector professional with extensive experience spanning strategic business development, project management, commercial leadership, and the delivery of technical solutions within Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. He currently serves as General Manager, Strategic Business Development at One Titanium Group, where he drives strategic growth initiatives, develops technology and OEM partnerships, and supports the delivery of solutions across pipeline integrity and intelligent pigging, OCTG, machine shop services, coatings, completion solutions, and other critical oilfield services. As a Senior Project Manager, Jemi has led and executed various Intelligent Pigging and Pipeline Cleaning projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, OEM technology partners, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver complex pipeline integrity projects. His experience combines technical project delivery with commercial strategy,

stakeholder management, and the development of practical solutions to operational challenges across the energy value chain. Jemi holds an MBA from Henley Business School, UK, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM).
