Julius has 20 years of experience in the Downstream Oil & Gas sector, having started his career as a Lubricants Sales Engineer marketing and selling Shell Lubricants in Uganda and going on to build a good track record within Shell Uganda Limited as a Lubricants and LPG Manager and Shell Oil Products Africa as a Marketing Implementer for the East African Cluster.

During his working career, Julius has been involved in the marketing and selling of bulk white fuels, Lubricants and Liquified petroleum gas. 

Julius joined UNOC in 2023 as the Manager Downstream Trading in Uganda and was later re-assigned as Products Trading Manager to coordinate and head the UNOC importation of Bulk Petroleum Products through Kenya and Tanzania destined for the Uganda Market while based in Nairobi. 

Julius holds a Master of Business Administration from ESAMI Business School on top of having attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Makerere University Kampala (Uganda).
