Dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil industry, most of which linked to “Upstream Oil & Gas” projects with Chevron as Petroleum Geologist.

Spent 13 years in Sonangol, involved in different activities, including assessing gas sources and needs for domestic industrial use, Sonangol's Drillship Construction Project, feasibility studies for shipyard rehabilitation, structural reorganization of Sonangol Group and coordination of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Department.

For the past three years, shifted to the Downstream sector leading the Regulatory Institute for Petroleum Derivatives, with a view to contributing to promote and improving the foundations of energy security.

He intends to contribute the knowledge acquired and remains open to professional growth opportunities.
