Natalia Guida Giampietri is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of PayGas South Africa and CEO of PayGas Brasil. PayGas makes LPG affordable for low-income communities: families fill their cylinder with only the gas they can pay for, cashlessly, instead of finding the price of a full cylinder. The model has processed nearly 800,000 transactions and creates local jobs at every station, with a focus on employing women. It operates in South Africa in partnership with Shoprite and is now active in Brazil.

In 2025, Natalia was named one of 18 winners of the BRICS Women's Startups Contest, from over 1,000 entries across 21 countries, and won the Energy, Infrastructure and Mobility category at the Scale-up stage. PayGas has also won the ENGIE Clean Cooking Challenge and the WESGRO/CAP 40 Smart Cities & Sustainability Award.

Natalia contributes to international clean cooking and energy access dialogues, including COP30, UN Women South Africa's Dialogue on Clean Cooking and the IEA Clean Cooking Technical Workshop. In Brazil, she is contributing to the update of the LPG regulatory framework to enable partial filling.

Born in Brazil, she holds a double master's degree in international public law from Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and Universidade Estácio de Sá, and a master's in management and international trade from UPEC (Paris XII).
