A staunch advocate for Cameroon’s energy sovereignty and Africa’s strategic interests, Mrs. Nathalie MOUDIKI is a recognized expert in corporate engineering, law, and insurance. With over 27 years of dedicated service at SNH, she currently serves as Senior Advisor No. 2 to the Executive Management and Director of the Legal Division. As the first woman to hold this high-level strategic position within SNH’s executive leadership, she stands out as a key driving force behind economic patriotism, industrial innovation, and national energy diplomacy. A pioneer of modern energy paradigms, Mrs. MOUDIKI spearheaded the RG2D-NUBIATECH Initiative, SNH’s transformative strategic vision designed to monetize domestic natural gas to power next-generation digital infrastructure, data centers, and industrial eco-cities. In parallel, she played a decisive role in delivering the gas-powered KEDA Cerámica tile manufacturing plant and contributed significantly to advancing the high-stakes Yoyo-Yolanda cross-border gas unitization agreement between Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea. Mrs. MOUDIKI also serves as Board Chair of both CSTAR Refinery and CSTAR Tank Farm, the corporate entities tasked with developing refining infrastructure and the State’s strategic fuel supply buffers in Kribi and the upcoming NUBIATECH hub.
