Mr Pål Gunnar Heistad was appointed SVP Business Development 1st April 2023. He joined Yinson Production 1st February 2016 as Tender Manager and 1st July 2020 he was appointed VP Business Development.

Mr Heistad has over 23 years international experience in the oil and gas industry, from which 18 years with developing FPSO projects. He has also been working with SURF in projects and topside EPC projects. 

Mr Heistad holds a Master of Engineering in Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has also completed the Program for Management Development at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
