Peter Mugisa is an architect and Head of Industrial Park Development and Operations at the Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), with responsibility for the strategic implementation, master planning, and operational readiness of Kabalega Industrial Park. He oversees the delivery of critical infrastructure supporting petroleum refining, petrochemical development, logistics, and sustainable industrial growth. His professional experience encompasses architectural design, green building, infrastructure development, and the management of major projects across the energy, commercial, and institutional sectors. Through his current role, he contributes to strengthening local capacity, fostering strategic partnerships, and advancing Uganda’s position as a competitive regional energy and industrial hub.
