Ms. Sandy DIALLO is an expert in governance, project finance, audit, and risk management, with more than fifteen years of experience in the energy, infrastructure, and public utilities sectors. A graduate of the IAE Toulouse School of Management, she developed her expertise within leading international audit and consulting firms such as KPMG and Mazars, where she advised major organizations on strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing performance, and improving risk management systems.

Prior to joining Réseau Gazier du Sénégal (RGS S.A.), she served as Senior Audit Manager and Lead of the Energy and Utilities Practice. Today, as Executive Coordinator of RGS, she oversees the coordination of the company’s strategic activities and leads the financing of projects related to the development of Senegal’s national natural gas transportation network. In this capacity, she plays a key role in structuring project financing, mobilizing financial resources, and fostering the partnerships required to deliver this strategic energy infrastructure.
