Celedónio Placido Vieira is the General Director of PetroGuin, Guinea-Bissau’s national oil company. He leads the country’s oil and gas strategy, with a focus on exploration, investment, local content, and infrastructure development. Vieira has represented PetroGuin at major events such as the MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power Conference, promoting Guinea-Bissau’s hydrocarbon potential and advancing regional partnerships, including support for the Nigeria–Morocco Gas Pipeline project.
