Cobie Loper is the Vice President, Global Offshore Accounts for NOV’s Completion and Production Solutions business segment. He is responsible for business development, accounts and strategy development for NOV Offshore Production, a global leader in the supply of subsea and floating facility equipment and turnkey solutions. He has 30 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry in various roles including engineering, project management, operations, commercial, sales, business development and executive leadership. Cobie previously worked at SBM Offshore and Baker Hughes Wellstream. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Materials Science and Engineering degree in 1990.
