David Pappoe Jr. is the CEO of Energas West Africa Limited, where he leads turnkey engineering and consulting services across the oil and gas value chain in West Africa. He also serves as President for Ghana at the African Energy Chamber, championing local content development and capacity building in the energy sector. In addition, he represents Petrographics (Egypt) in Ghana, supporting technical workforce training for geoscientists and engineers. With over a decade of experience in the hydrocarbons industry, Pappoe is recognized for promoting indigenous participation in major energy projects and fostering partnerships between international investors and local businesses.
