Dr. Oluseyi Ishola Oladapo is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and a certified Credit & Financial Examiner (CCFE) presently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Pan Ocean Oil Corporation Nigeria Limited and the Newcross Companies. With expertise in Financial & Management Accounting, Treasury Management, Oil and Gas Asset Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate/Project Finance, he significantly contributes to the organisations’ financial strategies, transformation and project management.   Dr. Oladapo has successfully led significant financial transactions, including the USD 800M RBL Facility for the acquisition of OML 24, showcasing his proficiency in implementing adequate financial controls across entities. His influence extends beyond finance but holding board roles as a Non-Executive Director at Ase River Transport Company Ltd, Egbaoma Gas Processing Company Limited, PNG Gas Limited and Executive Director at Newcross Exploration & Production Limited. As Chairman of the Finance Committee at Pan Ocean Oil Corporation, he actively contributes to pivotal decisions in the energy sector.   Academically accomplished, Dr. Oladapo holds a Ph.D. in Credit Management, an M.Sc. in Applied Economics, an M.Sc. in Project Management, and a B.Sc. in Accounting. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; the Institute of Credit Administration, and a certified Credit & Financial Examiner from the London Postgraduate Credit Management College, Dr. Oladapo has worked in various sectors, from Audit & Advisory to the Academia. Also, he has attended several leadership & executive mgt training programes locally & overseas, including LBS, Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley & Wharton Executive Education to mention few.
