Have enjoyed a diverse 28-year career with Chevron, in exploration and new ventures, I have worked across multiple continents and a range of asset classes from deep water to onshore shale exploration. Extensive 3D seismic acquisition and drilling experience in a variety of focus basin and new venture settings. Recently completed a 5-year assignment in Lagos Nigeria as Exploration Manager so appreciate the opportunities Africa has to offer. Extensive new country entry experience across the globe and am currently the Director of Global New Ventures based in Houston. I am a geologist by background with a PhD in structural geology from the University of London.
