H.E. Hamadou Tinni
Hon. Hamadou Tinni serves as the Minister of Petroleum of the Republic of Niger, where he is responsible for overseeing the country’s petroleum sector, including upstream exploration and production, regulatory oversight, and the development of national hydrocarbon resources.
