Hon. Estevão Tomás Rafael Pale has served as Mozambique’s Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy since January 2025. A geologist with over 35 years of experience, he previously led ENH, Mozambique’s national hydrocarbons company. As minister, he is driving energy access expansion, sustainable mining reforms, and development of LNG and electrification projects, while promoting community participation in the mining sector.
