Humphrey Asiimwe is the Chief Executive Officer of the Uganda Chamber of Energy and Minerals (UCEM), a not-for-profit, member-based organization representing private sector players in Uganda's energy and extractive sectors. With over 15 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in advocating for sustainable practices, policy reforms, and capacity building within the industry. Under his leadership, UCEM has significantly contributed to local content development, job creation, and community engagement in Uganda's oil and gas sector.
