Justin has vast experience in project management, supervising renewable energy projects, negotiating, packaging and managing EPC contracts, and executing projects funded by bilateral and multilateral funding agencies and development finance institutions.

Justin has mobilised financing for the 120MW Itezhi-Tezhi hydropower project and engaged in PPP projects from conception to implementation. His experience also covers financial modelling, negotiating PPAs and conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

Outside of Zesco, Justin worked at Lunsemfwa Hydo Power Corporation as the chief technical officer from 2017 to 2021. He began his career as a graduate engineer at Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines’ Luanshya Division and holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the University of Zambia.
