Luke is Managing Director, Energy Investments & Structuring in the Geneva office of global energy & commodities firm Mercuria, where he is responsible for the origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management of Mercuria’s investments in, and ficing of, companies and assets in the global energy sector. He has a particular focus on the upstream/E&P, midstream, downstream and low carbon fuels sectors. Prior to joining Mercuria, he worked in the Energy Investment Banking Divisions of Goldman Sachs, Evercore and J.P. Morgan in London, New York and Melbourne, executing major M&A, strategic advisory, ficial and capital structure advisory, restructurings, equity and debt ficing transactions for clients operating across the global energy spectrum.
