Mr Oumar SEMEGA Biography, Founder and CEO of IMPERATUS ENERGY Oumar SEMEGA is the Founder and CEO of IMPERATUS ENERGY, a leading oil and gas trading company in Central Africa, with a strong presence in the Republic of Congo. He graduated from IHEM-ISTI in Brazzaville and ITB in France, and holds deep expertise in market finance, trading, international commerce, and downstream oil management. A former Treasury Director at Ecobank Congo, he successfully structured major financial transactions exceeding several hundred million US dollars. His vision is ambitious and forward-looking : to reduce the energy deficit that leaves more than 640 million Africans without electricity, while also promoting a more sustainable carbon footprint through the advancement of clean cooking solutions.
