Philippe is a seasoned Engineer with 18 years of experience who has proven his ability to manage large-scale energy projects, lead cross-functional teams, liaise with government officials, and demonstrate strong business acumen. He is skilled in project engineering, resource mobilization, project finance, construction and business strategy. Moreover, he built an outstanding reputation based on his ability to learn quickly and display exemplary performance no matter the odds. Philippe holds a Master degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
