Rob Schapiro is the Senior Director of Partnerships for Microsoft's Energy & Resources team. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and engaging energy industry partners who can collaborate with Microsoft to accelerate the energy transition and digitalization efforts within the sector. Schapiro also serves as the Site Lead for Microsoft's Houston office at The Ion, overseeing site operations, employee engagement, and fostering community and ecosystem support and collaboration. The team at The Ion is focused on driving industry digitalization and transformation through deep partnerships, research, and innovation, while also contributing to the growth of Houston's technology ecosystem and empowering its diverse workforce.
