Rolake Akinkugbe-Filani is the Managing Director/CEO of EnergyInc Advisors, a boutique advisory firm focused on capital mobilization for oil, gas, and energy infrastructure projects across Africa. With 18 years of experience, she has structured or advised on over $10 billion in energy deals, including upstream oil fields, gas infrastructure, and clean energy. She previously held senior roles as Head of Energy at FBN Capital/FBNQuest Merchant Bank, Senior Africa Adviser on Energy for IFU (Danish DFI), and Head of Oil and Gas Research at Ecobank Group in the UK. She serves on the board and investment committee of Shell-seeded fund, All On, and is also a non-executive director at UpEnergy, driving strategy across clean energy investment portfolios. She holds an Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU, LSE, HEC Paris) and MSc & BSc from LSE, with additional professional certifications in oil & gas valuation, upstream petroleum economics, energy project fice, and solar project development. She was recognized as one of Top 100 Women in Fice by Leading Ladies Africa in 2025, and a Global Female Energy Influencer Executive by the UK’s Energy Council.
