Ms. Sesakho Magadla currently serves as the Managing Director of SANPC Refinery, she is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas sector, with over 22 years of industry experience and began her career as a Mechanical Engineer after obtaining her BSc in Mechanical Engineering and has held multiple strategic and technical roles, including plant integrity management, brownfield project execution for both onshore and offshore facilities, and strategic acquisitions.

Among her most recent achievements are leading the successful acquisition of the SAPREF Refinery and securing an additional 30% equity stake in the Republic of Mozambique Pipeline Investments Company (ROMPCO). A passionate advocate for regional development, Ms. Magadla is committed to strengthening economic ties between South Africa and Mozambique, particularly in the area of sustainable gas trade.

She also played a pivotal role as the technical lead in the development of South Africa’s Gas Master Plan, which was recently gazetted by the DMRE. Ms. Magadla continues to provide strategic leadership across gas and refinery projects within the CEF Group of Companies.
