Yann Pierre Albert Livulibutt Yangari is a distinguished oil, gas, and energy transition economist from Gabon. He currently serves as a consultant and expert for the Gabonese Government, leading the Gas Strategy Task Force under the National Council for the Acceleration of the Transformation Plan (PAT). In this capacity, he spearheads initiatives to optimize the utilization of flared gas and develop a national gas strategy. Yangari holds a Master of Science in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of the West of England, Bristol. His early career included roles in finance and mergers and acquisitions at YOS SA, Perenco Oil and Gas Gabon, and ASDAN UK .
